Product Review: Mond’Sub Pearl Revitalizing 3D Hanging Ears Face & Neck Mask

I have spoken about Mond’Sub masks in the past and even had a huge haul on their 70% discount sale.

Today let’s review their ever so popular Pearl Revitalizing 3D Hanging Ears Face & Neck Mask.

Something about the brand

Check out my previous posts on Mond’Sub for more details on the brand:

The Product & My Experience

Mond’Sub Pearl Revitalizing 3D Hanging Ears Face & Neck Mask

This is part of their 3 in 1 mask series and has a 2 step process. 1st apply the mask for 15 minutes and then as step 2 apply the separately packaged essence.

This mask comes in the usual foil pouch, with a red & white print providing instructions on use, effects & ingredients. I absolutely love that they kept a separate serrated pouch of serum, that can be torn off and kept aside till required.

My Experience

The mask was of a little thick material and fully soaked in essence. When I removed it from the packaging I was a bit confused as it was repeatedly folded to make it fit, and the essence made it difficult to open. It is a huge mask as it not only covers the face, till the ears, but has an adjoining section to cover the neck with strips at the side that can be used to hang over the ears, treating them and keeping the mask in place.

I think what I love best about this is the thoughtful fitting for the face. The ear hangings really ensure the mask stays over the face well.

I left it on for around 15 minutes and removed it off. It was still quite soaked with essence so used it to apply across my décolletage, hands and elbows.

The second step is to apply the Vitamin C serum which was provided in a tear away pouch. Quite a thick serum, I applied it across my face and it surprisingly absorbed quickly. Would recommend this to be used at night since one shouldn’t use Vitamin C and then expose the skin to any sunrays.

I applied the serum and went off to sleep. In the morning my skin felt nice and nourished. My skin had a refreshing glow and it felt well hydrated. All the serum was absorbed leaving no visible residue behind but when I washed my face I could feel the excess serum washing off.

I am quite impressed with the result as it gave the skin a nice glow with a single use and I am sure with repeated uses this will show good results.

As other masks, I recommend a skin patch test for any allergic reaction.

  • Effective in bringing a glow to the skin
  • Extremely well fitted with hanging ears
  • Treats the entire face, including the ears and neck

  • A short-lived effect unless consistently used

Price: ₹149 for 1 mask or ₹599 for 5

Rating:  7.5/10 for the nice glow it brought.

You can buy it online at Nykaa or their website:

  1. I love using sheet masks. They are so hydrating and my dry skin just soaks in all the moisture. I love the masks that go around ear to avoid slipping. Thanks for sharing this x
