Firstly, my apologies for writing after so long… been a lot happening at my day job so kinda caught up.
Just had to sit down and write though, about the much awaited February Indo – French Edition My Envy Beauty Box. Absolutely impressive!!
The box itself is soo pretty…takes you to a romantic mood, set in Paris, with flowers and the Eiffel tower. A pastel green background and its usual magnetic clasp, once opened its topped with light hay and buried inside are a beautiful collection of products. This months box is power packed with natural products all boasting of being exceptionally good for the skin, and it impressed me!
What was in my box:
- Gulnare – Gold Dust Highlighter
This all natural, toxin free highlighter comes packed in a small jar with a gold lid. It’s has a peachy gold hue and is smooth to touch, with the feeling of a light balm. This versatile product can be used as a highlighter on the cheeks, lips or as an eyeshadow. Have tested it out and it leaves a nice dewy, gold highlight and is extremely comfortable and light on the skin. The brand is new to me but am sure I will be reaching out for this often.

- Avène Micellar Lotion
This extremely popular and acclaimed cleanser and make-up remover is specially formulated for sensitive skin. This tiny sample bottle (I would have preferred a slightly larger size) is one of the best products of this month’s box. Made with the famous Avène Thermal Spring water, this micellar lotion is the perfect option for us busy girls. It is hypoallergenic and non-comedogenic, and can be used to easily remove makeup for the skin in a single step and doesn’t require any after-rinse. It leaves the skin feeling soft and fresh, adds moisture to the skin and leaves you feeling so clean. It’s an all-in-one alcohol free, soap free and oil free product: cleanser-toner-makeup remover and has won the hearts of millions over the world.

- L’Oreal Paris – Kajal Magique Bold
For all those Kajal Lovers, this is an answer to your prayers. This Kajal contains Vitamin E which is good for you, and gives that perfect bold black look with a single swipe, No jokes!!
Absolutely love it. It’s deep black colour and smudge proof formula is a blessing to those who love to line their eyes. It lasts the entire day even on the water line and feels so comfortable even on sensitive eyes and suits contact lens wearers. The bonus – it’s waterproof, so let the monsoons come and you won’t have smudged kajal to worry about.

- Votre Face Serum
Having used this and loved this in the past, I can vouch for this amazing serum! It’s power packed with some of the best natural ingredients including a variety of virgin cold pressed oils, herbal extracts and innovative molecules. The ingredients include jojoba oil, licorice extract, geranium oil, almond oil, orange peel extract, apricot oil, rosehip oil and lemon extracts. This aqua based serum is easily absorbed into the skin and doesn’t leave any residue. It plumps the skin with moisture and helps in reducing signs of aging, oh and the fragrance is soooo soothing. A beautiful product, though quite pricey, I definitely recommend to try for its amazing quality.

These were all the contents of the Indo-French Edition Beauty Box and it absolutely blew me away. Will definitely be re-subscribing as My Envy Box has proved its worth over the last few months and am sure will continue to do so.
Love the fact that My Envy Box has a strong focus on skin care and ensures that the products cater to some aspect of skin care too. And I see a strong focus on natural products, so that’s just icing on the cake.
