A cute little bag covered with lipstick marks and liquid lipstick motifs landed at my doorstep on the 1st of the month. Aren’t beauty subscriptions such a wonderful surprise to receive each month? It’s like receiving a gift from yourself.
The February Fab Bag is this extremely cute, cream pouch with colourful motifs all over and power packed with beautiful products. A nice curation, the Fab Bag has been proving itself to be worth the penny every month.
The products I received as below:
- Sugar Smudge Me Not Liquid Lipstick 03 Tan Fan
The focus this month is of course the lips – “Pucker up!” and so we were provided with the choice of one lipstick shade from the new Sugar Smudge Me Not Liquid Lipstick range. I chose the shade 03. Tan Fan. Honestly, I expected a more tan shade but this is more pink than I would have preferred. True to the name, this lipstick is a one swipe wonder. Dries down to a perfect Matte and is absolutely smudge proof once dried.

- Matra Lip Care Revolution – Strawberry
Lip balms are definitely the way to having the softest, supplest lips there are and this herbal cruelty free brand promises just that. Branding themselves as a Holistic Lip Care product this natural, vitamin-infused, ayurvedic formula lip balm is meant for all those looking to treat, exfoliate, rejuvenate, moisturize and nourish your lips. What you apply on your lips goes into your body, so Matra ensures that their products are free from synthetic agents, parabens, sulphates, silicones, petrochemicals, glycols and phthalates. Infused with all things good this 100% natural lip balm contains castor oil, beeswax, shea butter, almond oil, carnauba wax, candelilla wax, natural flavour and fragrance, argan oil, carrotseed oil, peach kernel oil, hempseed oil, lavender oil, jojoba oil, vitamin e oil, frankincense oil and myrrh oil.

- Just Herbs Livelyclean Honey Exfoliating Face Cleansing Gel
This certified organic cleanser is truly a wonder. It does exactly as promised by gently exfoliating the skin to leave back clean refreshed and moisutrized skin. Just Herbs products have always proved to be worth the buy but like all their facial products, they have a strong medicinal fragrance which just doesn’t sit too well with me. Though their products are definitely good for the skin, I just can’t seem to get past the strong smell.

- Batiste Dry Shampoo Floral and Flirty Blush Seduction Fleurie
Batiste has brought a revolution of dry shampoos in the Indian market and have heard non-stop raves about it. Though I ain’t too much of a dry shampoo girl, this does the job well. It takes away the grimy look and fluffs up the hair leaving behind a refreshing scent. Perfect for those days between washes, or occasional freshening up, this travel size dry shampoo is simply a delight to have received. It’s especially handy during those extremely long travel plans to refresh the senses.

This month’s Fab Bag has once again impressed. The bag itself is sooooo cute and adorable. The products are a nice variety and to be able sample a new launch definitely is a huge bonus.
